No, it is not possible. This action destroys the digital codes of the electronic signatures in the documents. Consequently, the resulting document will not have valid electronic signatures.
Is it valid if I print or scan a document signed electronically?
No. The printed or scanned document does not have valid electronic signatures; the action of printing (digital) destroys the digital codes of the electronic signature. In the case of physical printing, the physical documents do not contain digital codes that can be validated with digital applications such as Adobe or FirmaEC.
I have a document signed electronically but it does not have a QR code, is it a valid document?
An electronic signature is a series of digital codes attached to the document, which means that an electronic signature is not visible in a digital document; therefore, a document may have an invisible electronic signature.
Visual aspects such as names, surnames, stamps or QR codes do not imply or validate that a document is electronically signed. The only reliable way to validate that a document has an electronic signature is to do so using validation software such as Adobe (provided it has the certification chain of the provider), FirmaEC, or quickly and easily through the online electronic signature validator provided by Uanataca.
Can a document that has been electronically signed be altered?
It is possible to edit or alter a document signed electronically, but this action would destroy the electronic signature applied to the document, which can be detected immediately through electronic signature validation.
As a clarification, a watermark or graphic stating "Signed by [signer's name] ..." would not be destroyed since this watermark or graphic is not a guarantee that a document is electronically signed.

How to unlock my electronic signature certificate
In the case of remote certificates, if the PIN is blocked after three failed attempts, it can be unlocked on the code reset page by accessing this link. To complete the process, you will need the information for managing your digital certificate that was provided to you by email at the time of its generation.
NOTE: The PIN code, blocked after three failed attempts, can be unlocked using the PUK code. The PUK code, like the PIN code, is blocked after three failed attempts. After the PUK code is blocked, it cannot be unlocked; this is why the credentials are personal and confidential, for the sole use of the user who requested the certificate. If the certificate is blocked by the user due to improper handling of the credentials, the user will bear the cost of obtaining a new electronic signature certificate according to the type of signature container indicated in the new application.

If I want to renew my electronic signature on a Token, will the device be changed or can I use the same one?

Yes, through our online system, you can request your signature as a file or cloud-based and receive the credentials or file at the time of issuance, which you will manage via a link sent by email.

In the case of a company that performs electronic invoicing, who can request the electronic signature?

Natural persons with an active RUC can also do so to invoice as natural persons.
