How to unlock my electronic signature certificate

In the case of remote certificates, if the PIN is blocked after three failed attempts, it can be unlocked on the code reset page by accessing this link. To complete the process, you will need to have the information for managing your digital certificate that was provided to you by email at the time of its generation.

NOTE: The PIN code, blocked after three failed attempts, can be unlocked using the PUK code. The PUK code, like the PIN code, is blocked after three failed attempts. Once the PUK code is blocked, it cannot be unlocked; this is why the credentials are personal and confidential, for the sole use of the user who requested the certificate. If the certificate is blocked due to improper handling of the credentials by the user, the user will bear the cost of obtaining a new electronic signature certificate according to the type of signature container indicated in the new request.
