The registration (enrollment) code of a tablet is linked to the subscription it is intended to register. This enrollment code is provided when the subscription is activated.
Before attempting to enroll a tablet, we recommend that you first review the operating system manuals for your device (Android, iOS, or Windows):

By default, all tablets are enrolled (registered, linked, associated) in the PRODUCTION environment. However, if you need to configure your device for the PREPRODUCTION environment for testing purposes, you can change this setting from the tablet’s Settings menu:
- Please note that in the PRODUCTION environment, only devices certified by VIDsigner can be enrolled.
- In the PREPRODUCTION environment, you can enroll any tablet and enable the “Sign without stylus” option in the settings.
