I have exceeded the number of devices registered. What can I do?

As you already know, to use VIDsigner on your tablet, you must register your device using the enrollment code provided to you.

If you receive a warning that the number of allowed devices has been exceeded, we can help identify the cause.

This message may appear for three reasons:

  1. You have already registered all devices allowed in your plan: Email us at orders@signaturit.com to request an extension of your subscription with the additional tablets you need.
  2. The message appears in the PRE-PRODUCTION environment: Open a support ticket or email soporte@signaturit.com with the subscription you want to expand, and we will assist you.
  3. You previously deleted a device, and the system didn’t update correctly: Open a support ticket or email soporte@signaturit.com with your subscription details, and we will resolve the issue.
